Andromeda began dancing as soon as she could walk at age 2, attending the Scalzi School of Dance for 16 years. There she studied ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop, etc. and danced competitively in high school. She was also a cheerleading captain (and flyer) at Newton North High School where she placed with her team in state competitions. Years later after graduating from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Arts, she caught the belly dancing bug and hasn't stopped since! Her main teacher and mentor is Melina of Daughters of Rhea. Always keen to broaden her repertoire, she has studied with and continues to study with many different dance teachers and styles from all over the world.

Andromeda has performed professionally as a soloist and corps dancer with Daughters of Rhea at corporate functions, celebrity weddings, birthday parties, and other special events at restaurants, function halls, and 5-star hotels in and around Boston (including the Boston Harbor Hotel, the Skywalk at Prudential Tower, the House of Blues, the Taj, and The Ritz Carlton Boston). She has also performed in Plaka under the Acropolis at Geros Tou Moria taverna in Athens, Greece.

She was a regular performer at the now-closed Karoun Restaurant in Newton, MA with world-renowned artists. She also performed regularly at the now-closed Lux Hookah Lounge in Plymouth, MA. She still performs regularly at the Athenian Corner Restaurant in Lowell, MA and Lavash Grille in Cambridge, MA with live musicians. Her photo has been published with Daughters of Rhea in The Boston Globe, Northshore Magazine, and The Belly Dance Reader Vol 2. Andromeda has enjoyed performances with Bellybeat Dance Company, Moody Street Circus Company, and in Boston Pride festivities! She is also the 2019 PRO CHAMPION at Dancing With the Newton Stars! She teaches weekly in Newton, MA. Check out the schedule page for upcoming classes and performances!
